以今年來說讓你可以給二輪新秀3年最高5.9M到4年8.8M不等的合約
以往要開這種合約要用空間或是說拆分中產出去，但新版後不用，這個就是可以獨立
使用的特例，即使是過二層APRON的球隊也可以用
等於說是聯盟鼓勵養新秀的意思，熱火這一次用的就是3年份的，簽的根據Scotto補充
Pelle簽的則是3年5.4M
