ESPN Sources: With labor talks ongoing, the NBA and Players Association are
agreeing to extend the Dec. 15 deadline that each side has to give notice of
plans to opt out of the current CBA in Dec. 2023. Ratification of extension
will come at Board of Governors meeting Wednesday.
The negotiating extension is expected to be into February, sources said, and
allows sides to continue negotiating on a new labor deal. The current CBA
expires at the end of the 2023-2024 season.

新版 CBA 談判正在進行中，NBA 和球員工會同意延長談判時間至明年 2 月。
而當前的CBA在2023-2024賽季結束時到期。
Woj報導提到:一但任何一方選擇退出協議，可能讓 NBA 在 2023 年 7 月 1 日停擺。
而延長談判截止日，可以讓聯盟和工會繼續談判新版勞資協議
Woj也補充在談判中，NBA 提出實施硬上限
這是一項系統性變革，但遭到了工會的強烈抵制。
